I offer yoga to fight off the pre-wedding jitters. This can be for the Bride and her girl squad, and/or the Husband to be (including his groomsmen, dad, or third cousin twice removed). I will work with you and your crew to squeeze some much needed "slow down and restore" time to your busy day.
Express class is available with breath work, mediation and yoga nidra. Thirty minute class, $45.
Music, diffuser and essential oils included. Mats and props not included. The session must be run within 15 km or less of 4171, otherwise a travel stipend will be added to the cost.
