Grilled Halloumi Snack
( Snack, Serves 2 )


  • Slice the Halloumi about 1/4 inch thick
  • Pan sear on a hot, non-stick pan about 3-4 mins a side (No oil needed) 
  • Drizzle lightly with EVOO and serve with: marinated olives, avocado or a few whole grain rice crackers
