Cook the oats per instructions on the packaging. 2 minutes before the oats are finished, add the frozen berries and stir well. Remove from the heat, then place the oatmeal on a plate or bowl and top with the garnish of dried apricots and walnuts.
Drizzle with honey and ENJOY!
