Nourishing Fig and Cinnamon Oats

Fig and Cinnamon Oats
(serves 1)
1/2 a cup of organic rolled oats
1 fig, skin on, thinly sliced (stem removed)
Cinnamon
Milk (full cream / almond / coconut)
Walnuts
Honey (optional)

Method
1. Cook the oats per instructions on the packet.
Don't over cook them - you want them to still be a bit wet
2. Add a dash of cinnamon and stir through, mixing well
3. Then serve into a bowl, arranging your sliced fig and sprinkle with walnuts.
​Raw honey is delicious as well. 
Enjoy!
