Serves 2 adults, makes 700ml
3 large carrots
25 grams of fresh ginger (add more if you like it SPICY!)
Wash carrots, trim the ends.
Wash the beets and trim the root.
Wash and peel the orange.
Wash and peel the lemon.
Cut and peel the ginger.
Place your ingredients in your juicer one at a time. Juice.
Stir well and serve
