Green Smoothie for all Mankind
Serves 1 human
1 cup of fresh organic spinach (organic b/c spinach is in the dirty dozen!)
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of coconut water
1 frozen banana (cut it up and freeze the night before)
1/2 an avocado
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until you reach your desired consistency. If you want a more liquid-y smoothie, add more coconut water.
For garnish, you can top it off with extra frozen blueberries, kiwi or shredded coconut.
