Ingredients
Rolled oats 300 g

Whole almonds with skin 100g
Slivered almonds 50g
Sunflower seeds 50g
Pumpkin seeds 100g
Organic Shredded Coconut (handful) 
Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
Sea salt flakes 1 tsp

Maple syrup 100ml 
Extra Virgin olive oil 100ml 
( Wisk well and pour over the dry ingredients )
Mix well with a wooden spoon and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper

Preheat the oven to 150 C
Bake at 150 C for 15 minutes, then toss and mix well 
Bake for another 15 minutes, toss and mix well, add more sea salt flakes
Bake for a final 10 minutes

Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool completly 
Store in an airtight glass jar.
