Method
Peel carrots and trim the ends, cut into 3 cm pieces Place the chopped carrot and potato in the water at the bottom of your steamer Place the celery and the zucchini in the steamer basket Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender Reserve some of the cooking water and set aside Add all the contents to your blender and purée If the puree is too thick, add some of the cooking water to thin it out Makes 4-5 servings, approximately 1/2 cup each Add the #ohmmybabyfood for a chance to be featured on my page EMK
